How to use this web site – we have designed this web site to streamline the entire process as much as possible, to save you time, and to enable us to efficiently and effectively determine whether you are a good match for one of the many jobs we are striving to fill. We are not a “recruiting mill” nor are these ordinary jobs. The web site is designed so that you can determine for yourself whether you qualify for one of these jobs, and in the process save both yourself and us a lot of time.

We do not want to receive your resume if you do not qualify. We do not have "other jobs" that you might be qualified for, so if you are not qualified for one of these jobs, please do not send us your resume. So, please do the following BEFORE sending us your materials:

Read all of the appropriate information for the professional area in which you are interested.
After reading the requirements and giving it some thought, you feel you are fully qualified for work in this area..
Read the information on living/working conditions, which MIGHT be better than this, but don't count on it. After some thought about it, you should decide that you are OK with these conditions before proceeding. Remember, its for 12 months.
Family discussion and support - If you a hired for one of these jobs, you will be overseas, away from your family for at least 12 months, with limited opportunity to return to the US, and under circumstances that are challenging. Bear in mind that there may be some degree of physical risk or danger.
While highly unlikely, it is possible that you could be killed or seriously injured. Please give these factors serious thought before applying. Have the discussion about these factors with your family, and obtain their FULL understanding and support FIRST, before applying or sending us your materials.

Then What Will Happen Next Is:

You will receive an automatic amyl response, confirming that your email was received.
A knowledgeable professional in this field will carefully and thoughtfully review all materials you send to us. We make every effort to provide at least an interim response with the results of our initial assessment within a few days. If you are not a good match for the requirements here, you will be informed of this by email. If you have sent only a resume, you will receive an email requesting that you complete the other items before consideration can be given to your candidacy.
If you appear to be a potentially good match at our first review, we will contact you either by phone or by email within a few days. If we are unable to perform a first phone interview within a few days, we will send you an email to this effect, with an estimated target time-frame when we believe we will be able to do so.
After the first phone interview, assuming you continue as a candidate, you may be asked to participate in a second phone interview with another CCG consultant.
Your references will most typically be contacted after the first phone interview.
After phone interviews and reference contacts are completed, we will then arrange for any necessary travel for an in-person interview. The location will depend on where you are and other factors, but your travel will be paid for by our client.

If your in-person interview is successful, and we hope yours is, we will recommend you for an offer, working with our contacts in our client's Human Resources organization. A formal offer will be extended by one of these individuals. We remain in complete contact with you, and with our client's internal staff, through the entire process, and even after you are in the field working.
Bear in mind that it is quite likely that you will be asked to start work very soon after receiving the offer, so you should be prepared to act promptly. Remember, this process is designed so that if you do have an in-person interview, there is a very good chance that you will receive an offer.
